How does the free trial work?
The free trial gives you 7 days of full access to Sweetpea, and it’s available on the yearly plan. You won’t be charged during the trial. If you don’t cancel before it ends, your subscription begins automatically and your payment method is charged for the first year. You can cancel anytime during the trial to avoid being charged, and we’ll send you a reminder before it ends so nothing takes you by surprise.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Your subscription is managed through your Apple account, not inside Sweetpea. On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions and select Sweetpea. From there you can cancel or change your plan. When you cancel, you’ll keep access to everything until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and it simply won’t renew after that.
How do I restore my purchases?
If you’ve reinstalled Sweetpea or signed in on a new device, you can bring your subscription back by restoring your purchase. Just make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple ID you used originally, and use the restore option on the subscription screen. Your access will be reconnected. If anything doesn’t come through, email us and we’ll help sort it out.
How do I delete my account and data?
You can delete your account and its data right inside the app. Go to the Account tab, open Personal details, and choose Delete account. This permanently removes your personal account information, along with the child profiles you created and all of their logs. If you’ve contributed logs to a child profile owned by another caregiver, those entries stay with that family’s records, but your name is removed from them. Deletion is permanent and can’t be undone.
How do I change my email address?
Changing the email on your account isn’t something you can do inside the app just yet, but we’re happy to take care of it for you. Send us a note at support@sweetpea.app from the email address on your account, let us know the new address you’d like to use, and we’ll update it for you.
Can I share a child's profile with another caregiver?
Yes. Sweetpea is built for households where more than one adult helps care for a child, so you can invite a partner, grandparent, nanny, or anyone you trust to share a child’s profile. You choose whether each person can add and edit logs or simply view them, invitations are sent by email and accepted with a short code, and you can change someone’s access or remove it at any time.
Is Sweetpea a medical or diagnostic tool?
No. Sweetpea is a tool for tracking your child’s tantrums and helping you spot patterns over time, so you can better understand what’s going on and how to respond. It isn’t a medical device, it doesn’t diagnose anything, and the educational content in the app, including the material from Dr. McKenzie Goodine, is for general information only. It isn’t a substitute for professional advice. If you have concerns about your child’s health, behavior, or development, please talk with a qualified healthcare professional.
